Bitcoins to work is a pure P2P job posting and paying system to trade bitcoins for freelancing types of work. Developers want to work for money and business owners want to hire developers to solve their problems.

 

A peer to peer implementation eliminated the handling process in between therefore cut down the cost. Also, developers will be selected purely by the quality of the jobs they are offering, and the the  posted jobs will be selected purely by the interest level and how handsomely paid they are. This kind of free market is similar to nature selection and frees developers and businesses from the marketing/advertisement bullshit.
